This 4 tier cake was made using a White French Vanilla cake iced in a rich French Vanilla Buttercream frosting.
The trim for this elegant cake were shades of light green, gold with a contrast color of deep burgundy.
This mini version of the cake was created for the young son of the bride.

This Tiramisu was made using layers of vanilla cake soaked in Kahlua then layered with mascarpone cheese filling flavored with Kahlua. Fresh baked Lady Fingers were used as the outside border. Layered black and navy blue ribbons, studded with silver Italian Dragees were added as a matching color to the wedding theme. Delicious fresh Kalua flavored whipped cream sprinkled with shaved chocolate topped this elegant cake.
The second cake was a Red Velvet cake filled with mascarpone cheese filling with a fondant wrap. A matching black and navy ribbon, stubbed with Silver Italian Dragees where added to finish the quilted design of the pattern.
